Great film! I was thinking about picking up the UK blu-ray, but love that this is getting a domestic release. Tupac was an incredibly talented actor. I think he would have transitioned from his music career into acting and would have been considered one of the best of his generation. He was that gifted as an actor.

i never thought i'd see paramount release a new back catalog title , is it a fluke or are they testing the waters for more titles to come?

I just woke up to this news and I'm literally in shock! This is news I definitely did not expect but I am absolutely thrilled! June is going to be wallet cleaner for me. Juice and Trespass in the same month! Who would've ever thought?

This isn't a random anniversary title announcement. It's being done to coincide, and benefit from the 2Pac Biopic coming out on June 16th, "All Eyez on Me".

Awesome! Good to see Paramount releasing their older stuff again. There's plenty more where that came from.

As for Juice, I'll wait for the extras specs to see if I get this one or the Second Sight UK release. They'll both probably use the identical old master for the transfer.

Count me in for Above the Rim as well! I was hoping Juice and Above the Rim would come out on blu ray due to the upcoming "All Eyes on Me" film.

Definitely a day one purchase. I saw this movie as a kid when it cam out in the theaters, didn't know who 2 Pac was until I got into music around 1994. I remember in 1997 trying to find a good user name to use on the fan websites we had back then when I first got my Internet. Then Juice was being shown on a channel and when I heard them calling Pac "Bishop" I remembered and found my user name

Good movie and great performance by 2 Pac. Can't wait to hear those turntables again, it was a great art of working with and making music. Above The Rim is another one I really want as well.

Just watched this for the first time a couple months ago; great great film. As soon as I saw the announcement for the upcoming Second Sight disc from the UK, I was all ready to import as I figured Paramount would never release it here. Very glad to be wrong about that!
