Found a 60GB online for 499 - Blu-ray Forum

With that said, Is the 80GB being 82% or whatever backwards, has anyone run into popular games that have not worked? I am just wondering if getting the 80 with motorstorm will be better because i already get a game. I am so STINKING torn about which model to get.

In a perfect world, i wish sonly would still sell the 60's at bestuy so i can buy a 2 year warranty and exchange it if it breaks. UGH

Have the 80 and all my PS2 games work. I have about 30.

I had some blu-rays stacked next to my 60 GB the other night and I guess it got a little toasty and some more fans kicked on and it did get really loud. It scared the crap out of me.

I had to find a new spot for those movies and the sound stopped in about 10 minutes. I've had it since Spring 07 and that was the first time I've heard it make a peep.

I know that the 80gig plays about 80% but I thought that the 60gig is also not 100% but like 90% or 95%.
