We have missed out on a lot of SteelBooks lately.

A lot has changed in ten years. Used to be the other way around. I was doing a bunch of GBs for Canada exclusives and ordering quite a bit from AmazonCA. Then it switched to a lot of shared print runs, but a lot of it dried up when Futureshop closed their doors(or bought out by BB?). Either way kind of surprised BB in Canada kept with the steelbooks. Heck Scanavo is right there.

Canada is funny that way.

We also process grits for the US, but we don't sell any of it here.

Sunrise/HMV has carried a lot of F.Y.E. and Best Buy exclusives and they have started selling online so things may improve in 2020.
