How long does Universal Customer service take? Digital code didn't work
I got Us 4K and according to Movies Anywhere the code was already redeemed, which is weird because I bought it brand new from Amazon with plastic wrap and everything. I was planning on watching the movie digitally tonight but I can't and don't want to pay ten dollars for it again.
Does anyone know how long it takes for Universal to respond to this form? https://www.uphe.com/contact-support This really sucks. I want my digital copy. |
