Default Spatial Awareness in 4K movies

I hope that’s the right term but I’m wondering which movies have the best use of surround sound where the sound moves around the room. For example in Guardians of the Galaxy 2, during the scene where they’re being chased before Ego saves them, you can hear everything behind you as the ship moves side to side. Or the scene in Incredible Hulk when the gunship crashes and the blades go by the left side of the sound field.

Are there any movies that make really good, demo quality use of this aspect?

I think the more popular term is ‘panning’. Where the sounds move around the soundstage in a specific direction.

Saving Private Ryan
Baby Driver
Gravity isn’t 4K but it’s perhaps the best Atmos mix ever. You’ll find plenty of panning sounds all throughout the whole movie.
Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol it’s 7.1 but it might as well be Atmos. It’s really impressive.
Prometheus same as MI:4 but very impressive as well.
Mad Max: Fury Road
Deepwater Horizon

One scene I always use to test my surround sound is the 'Daddy' scene for the Hills Have Eyes remake. It's like someone is whispering in my ear from behind, it gets me every time.

Bram Stoker's Dracula, especially during Renfield's first appearance.

Apocalypse Now

Transformers

One of my favourites is a short scene but in the live action Cinderella when the fairy godmother first uses her wand, the effects fly up and around the room. Really magical.

One of my favourites, although, the movie itself is pretty poor, is Godzilla 2014 when the two soldiers are on the train bridge and the MUTO is walking around them. The movie isn't out on 4K/UHD but even the 7.1 mix on the BD is top notch. I imagine the recent Godzilla movie also has top sound design.

If only Twister got a 4K, man the first tornado scene & the one at the drive-in use this method immaculately.
