I think it's still in limited release, which anymore means two theaters.

Amazon's pre-order is just $17 so I went that route.

So hard to catch these limited releases.

I hope to see this in the theater. But whether or not I'll get around to it I'm not sure. Definitely looks good, though.

Caught it in LA yesterday. I loved it, one of my faves of the year probably, but it's definitely more high-brow(for lack of a better term) than the trailers indicate. Personally still recommend the blind buy from Amazon though.

Can't wait to see this. All is Lost and Margin Call were masterpieces and this looks like it could be his best.

I thought it was very dull. I can handle a leisurely paced film if it keeps my interest but this was only sporadically interesting. The performances are good but not great. It's way overrated.

That sucks to hear. It looks really good from the trailers. It's playing about 10 miles away but can't make it.
Would you recommend seeing this or Inherent Vice?

I have not seen Inherent Vice but three of my friends have seen it and all hated it. But all LOVED this so I'm definitely in the minority. And reviews are great. As always I'd recommend people seeing it for themselves. I don't think mainstream audiences will enjoy it all that much. It's too slower-paced.
