Just got a good check. Im in the mortgage biz and had a great month of DEC. So
im off to buy BD30's for my father in law. Its his birthday next week. Also one for my mom and uncle also.

Three new members to the big BLU

Its been rough for me to. Last year i went 4 months with no check but this one made up for it. To anyone here in the mortgage biz good luck. Lets see how long this bad market lasts. I like seeing checks every month.

I own an Appraisal company (6 years) and partners in a Title Company
(2 years)......05 and 06 were absolutely crazy, 07 was MISERABLE and I am sure 08 is going to be slooooooww as well. Share some love and send me some BD30's....LOL

its not hard at all. Ive been doing some AV work on the side to keep money coming in. That pays really good aswell.
