Duelshock 2 with PS3 games? - Blu-ray Forum

Hey all!

just wondering if i could use a PS2-USB adaptor to get the vibration in games like Motorstorm, or Ratchet and Clank to work with my ps2 controllers.

Actually, i DO have a ps2-USB adaptor. I tested it, and it diddnt seem to work. my real question is are there any settings i need to change or anything?

My adaptor has a bit of a tear in the wire, so i dont know... maybe its broken. ive done some decent googleing on the topic, and i HAVE searched the forums. all that comes up is info about the duelshock 3.

Anybody know?

No, as in the rumble wont work - or no, as in the USB adapter won't allow you to use the old controller?

I'd love to use the old ones if possible on our downstairs PS3 for when we want to play old PS2 games.
