Default Chris Cornell documentary in the works from Brad Pitt and Peter Berg

Chris Cornell documentary in the works from Brad Pitt and Peter Berg, Cornell's widow, Vicky, is also a producer on the project.

The film will be produced by Cornell’s widow, Vicky, along with Brad Pitt and Peter Berg’s Film 45 production company, which focuses on non-scripted entertainment and branded content. Berg (“Lone Survivor,” “Deepwater Horizon”) will direct.

I'm presently out of "Thanks," but that's very cool.

A heck of a musician, two excellent producers, a good director ... looking really good already.

The line " if you take a life you won't like what you give" is so Goddamn sad now

Another one of my other favorites of Chris Cornell's actually it's Audioslave but what the hell?

Such a talent he was. I remember back in the mid 90's I went to the Sarah McLachlan concert here in Seattle with a friend. In the lobby, a man looking down walked directly into me, I was taller than him and heard him say "I'm sorry man" and it was Chris Cornell at the show with his then wife/manager. We shook hands and I said "No problem, you can walk into me anytime Chris" and he got a laugh out of that. I still remember that night as if it was yesterday.

Great story!

I'm also quite jealous, since for one reason after another I kept missing my chance(s) to see Sarah. That must have been quite a night!

I work as a dishwasher in a kitchen at UVIC there is a cook there who did a catering service where Chris Cornell was eating and the cook took out a plate to him and he got his autograph.

Sarah put on a great show, it was to support her Fumbling Towards Ecstasy album. Afterwards I got a chance to meet her and she signed my promotional poster and took a photo with her. Saw her again a few years later for the Surfacing album. A friend of mine is a huge fan of Cornell, when he was touring solo and playing here in Seattle at a fairly small venue, reserved seating and I got my friend and his wife front center seats a few rows from the stage. He took a photo and texted me how close they were and was beyond happy.
