Default Dead Reckoning (1947)

I know that Indicator released this in the Columbia Noir Bogart set last year (Region B). I've eyed that set, but held off purchasing it because this is the main film I really want out of it. I know it underwent a 4K restoration (which was featured on that release, I believe), and would love to see it get a standalone release. I doubt Criterion would do it, but I could see Kino doing a release (although I'm not certain whether or not they have access to the Sony/Columbia catalog). I love this film and think it's an underrated noir. One of Lizabeth Scott's great performances, too.

Same boat!!! I too I eyed that Indicator release but only need this film and figured it would receive a stand alone stateside release at some point which I am sure it will. Great under-rated film indeed!!!!

I heard this is owned by Disney now and will never get a physical release.
Any truth to this rumor?
I love this film.

It is and always has been a Columbia picture. Sony owns it.
