USA Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) - October 13, 2020

Michael Moore's documentary Fahrenheit 9/11 (2004) will be released on Blu-ray for the first time, by MVD, on October 13th.

Quote:
In the most provocative film of 2004, Academy Awardİ winner Michael Moore (2002, Best Documentary, Bowling for Columbine) presents a searing examination of the role played by money and oil in the wake of the tragic events of 9/11. Moore blends captivating and thought-provoking footage with revealing interviews, while balancing it all with his own brand of humor and satire.

This was a Miramax title that Disney didn't want to release, so someone else released it theatrically and Sony handled the DVD (basically the same situation as Dogma.) So, I was just wondering if it is possible that MVD can get a hold of Dogma

Harvey himself owns the rights to Dogma. Before the stories came out he called Kevin Smith to talk about a possible sequel.

I believe W**nst**n created a one-off company Fellowship Adventure Group LLC to distribute Fahrenheit 9/11 theatrically in the U.S.A. This was because Disney were still Miramax's parent company at the time, and they didn't want to upset the Bush family while Jeb was governor of Florida, home of DisneyWorld.

"STK" seems to be the one-off company he created for Dogma.
