Ok.
The wife and I just watched both back to back (one a night). She says Clueless is better, and I'll admit its probably the better story, but I laughed more watching Mean Girls. The wife (33) admits that she also was at the age where she identified with Clueless when it came out (1995). So that could be triggering those fun, innocent middle school year memories. But I still stand by my decision of Mean Girls, because of the laughter aspect (they are comedies after all), but I concede that Clueless was maybe the better story. Especially cuz it does still kinda hold up 18 years later. So... Does one vote by STORY or FUN FACTOR? I had more fun with Mean Girls. |
