Lucas has indoctrinated his daughter to continue his legacy, though. So even that isn't a guarantee of freeing up the Original Trilogy...

Will his daughter have say over anything after his death? Disney owns both Lucasfilm and Fox, which wasn’t even a thing when Lucas sold Lucasfilm.

I doubt his daughter has any say. Disney owns it outright.
