Yeah, I heard about them in another thread last weekend, took a look at the storefront, and placed a small order which shipped a few days later and showed up yesterday. I was very happy and will definitely be ordering again.

Oh hey, I didn't know there was a thread!

I was on their site today and noticed they had over 12,000 items (not just blu-rays) whereas when I was last on their site they had around 5000.

I am still seeing what I want.

VVS prices drops. Many titles for $7. Been going on for weeks now.

Shipping has been upped to 2.99 per item. It's a flat $25 fee after 9 titles.

They have a clearance sale with lots of $5 titles. You can also go to the Blu ray section and use the filter to set a price range for more cheap titles. Spent at least an hour rummaging through the bargain bin and picked up 10 titles.

How’s their customer service, in general? I’ve sent them an email 2 weeks ago because my order was marked as completed, all items were listed as shipped but 3 of them were missing and they’ve not replied yet. Obviously I know it’s the Holidays and I don’t mind waiting but I’m just wondering what to expect from their CS.

If they have it in stock, it takes a few days to ship. If they have to order it directly from the studio, a few weeks.

My Last Duel 4K arrived today and it has a slipcover.

I'm kinda starving for coupon code. I see some Shout Factory 4Ks I want. Hopefully one will pop up in the summer or Labour Day.

Just wanted to say that, after checking my order status almost every day and it being at "processing" every time, I received my two titles last week! It took about two weeks to get them. I'm a happy camper and won't hesitate to order from them in the future.
