As I mentioned in another thread, I am having some technical issues with my Samsung Blu player that I bought new in December 2012. The warranty is no longer valid for this. I am not ready to throw in the towel yet, however, but am also open to the possibility that I may have to get a new Blu player at some point.
As it turns out, the TV this Blu player is connected to does not have an Internet connect (my choice). If I do get a new Blu player, do these new players require that you connect to the Internet to do some kind of registration/etc.? Sorry if this is a nonsensical question, but I was just reading other threads that mentioned an Internet connection re: new Blu players. Thanks in advance for any info. on this. |
