Aquaman Movie Ticket/Vudu Promo

Does anyone know if you have to pay the Fandango convenience fee of $1.50 with the free Aquaman movie promo code (up to $8) with select digital movies from Vudu? Basically, this would really mean the promo code is really only $6.50.

By the way, Justice League UHD is only 4.99.

Last time I tried the facebook trick (facebook, then movies, then select theater) to knock out the convenience fee on a different promo, it didn't work.

Might work this time? But I wouldn't count on it.

You only pay out of pocket when the final cost including fee exceeds $8.

If cost of movie ticket with the convenience fee included is more than maximum value of the Promo Code, then user must pay the difference.

Any ticket purchase under $8 is covered.

i know it covers up to $8. i am just saying that if they also charge a convenience fee, then the credit is not really an $8 free ticket...it is more like a $6.50 ticket voucher

They do. Its dependent on the theater chain, its not a Fandago fee.

AMC Stubs Premiere/A-List get the fee waived and can use the voucher.
