How to add a certain movie release to a wishlist

Tried to figure it out by myself but couldn't. Can you please give me an advice here. What is the best way to setup wishlist?
For example I want to add a certain release of A certain movie from a certain label to my wishlist. Releases are from different countries and labels. How can I do that?

You can pick which country you are looking for by clicking on the flag icon, located to the right of the search bar. Once you find the movie you want to add, click on the cart icon. That will be below the pic of the movie, and will give you a list of options of how you want to add it to your collection.
