Top Gun 4K UHD digital code only redeeming as HD on Vudu?

I received my preorder of Days of Thunder and Top Gun both in 4K UHD on Saturday and redeemed the digital codes right away. Days of Thunder redeemed in UHD but Top Gun did not. I redeemed both codes through Paramount’s digital redemption site. When I picked Vudu as the service provider on Top Gun (same as I did on Days of Thunder), it gave me “you already own a digital copy of this movie“ notice. I tried redeeming the code through Vudu and it gave me an error message. I tried Paramount again and it showed it had been redeemed on Vudu now. Still, no UHD digital on Vudu. I sent Paramount and Vudu emails to their support teams about this. Vudu has been the only one so far to respond and they are saying “it looks like this studio offer redeems for a HD digital copy according to terms and conditions.” Yet Days of Thunder redeems in UHD?

Anyone else have an issue like this? I know on some of the first 4K UHD releases they included only HD Digital codes.
