Don't almost all movies have pre-release prices way higher than when they are actually released? It is a trend I have noticed quite often.

I posted the above in the "Custom Cover Art Thread" thread 12 days ago. I guess Paramount was listening! And I have to agree. Love that pre-order price. Couldn't add it to my Amazon cart fast enough. Just pre-ordered.

Ugh, so 90's. I know I've seen this but don't remember it well. What bugs me is that they have to describe the murdered woman as "beautiful", as if murdered wasn't reason enough to have empathy. Just dated.

This was just announced in France along with Another 48 Hours. Hopefully we get Another 48 Hours as well.

If you enter Another 48 Hrs in the bluray.com search engine it says release date of July 2021. Hopefully we get an announcement real soon!

I would pay $50.99 for Another 48 Hours on Blu-ray. Not The Generals Daughter though

I liked it. Big budget, slick and sleazy with Travolta in good form as the cocky MP investigator. Played a very similar role in Basic.

If you like the film best to keep hold of the dvd as it was loaded with extras, which if Paramount’s recent form on these catalogue releases is anything to go by will all be dropped.

Never did see it. This was around the tail end of when Travolta still seemed like a sane actor on the lower end of the A-list leading man spectrum before enthusiastically taking a career nosedive with Battlefield Earth. Like with Nic Cage, he's kind of had another resuregence with campy fare.
