I was watching Wes Craven's Dracula III: Legacy where Rutger Hauer plays the titular character. However, in Dario Argento's Dracula he plays the counts arch nemesis, Van Helsing. Can you thing of other actors or actresses who did a similar thing?

The only one that comes to mind is Richard Roxburgh, who played Sherlock Holmes in a 2002 TV movie of The Hound of the Baskervilles and then (the very next year) played the villain in The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, who turns out to be Professor Moriarty.

Not sure if it matches what you're asking, but Joe Pesci always played the hot headed, foul mouthed member of the gang in Scorsese's earlier crime films, and then played the calm and collected crime boss in The Irishman.
