Trolls 2 from Best Buy doesn't port to iTunes?

I bought Trolls 2 which came with an instant MA code. I just assumed it would port to iTunes, but looks like it only ports to VUDU.

While I have both, we use Apple TV with our theater set up so we get the best pic we can with Atmos.

Will it eventually work with iTunes when the movie comes out physically? I suppose I could us the physical code with iTunes when I get the disc.

Unlink and relink your MA and it should port out everywhere

Other people have complained that this movie isn't porting into iTunes via MA, or porting out of iTunes to MA. This kind of thing has happened with Apple, as well as other retailers before. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.

Same thing happened to me. I pre-ordered it on Vudu (to get the $3 credit), and it ported to all of the MA-connected retailers EXCEPT iTunes. I was worried because I wanted to watch it with the commentary that MA and Vudu don't have. So I disconnected MA from iTunes and reconnected, and then it showed up (in iTunes).
