Cool, thanks. Bend, previously called 989 Studios, created Syphon Filter 1 2 and 3. Those are very memorable games for me.

Days Gone was really good too but much better on PS5 with that upgrade.

Interesting the Syphon Filter logo is showing in the background. No hint at their newest game, but it's doubtful it would be an older game like Syphon Filter. That was an entirely different team back then, over 24 years ago in 1999.

How about they announce the new game they've been working on? Better yet bring back Days Gone!!!

Very low expectation.

weren't they working on the Last of Us remake and something Uncharted related to repent for their sins for Days Gone? I expect nothing but a Sony approved formula, yuck

Well I thought you were saying here that Bend did something wrong with Days Gone and were repenting for it. What are you saying here?

Nah I enjoyed Days Gone

I’m saying that Sony didn’t like Days Gone or at least didn’t like how it was received, that’s why they made them work on another studio’s IPs instead of letting them make their own game.

Sony Bend took a very long time making Days Gone with no release date for a long while. Then it was criticized for poor technical issues on PS4 by critics and gamers, with lower initial sales. After people started seeing how good the game was months later, the word of mouth spread and sales started to improve into good numbers to great sales.

I see the Syphon Filter games resurfacing for new sales on PSN digital store but with no work done to them, but I have doubts Sony Bend and Sony would want to revive that long since dead franchise, just as they abandoned SOCOM and like Ubisoft abandoned the Driver series.

I think this will be a new game franchise is my guess.
