Is Slumdog Millionaire's cinematography the best in cinema history?

Keep in mind, I've checked. This movie is one of only two movies to have won the aforementioned asterisks. Road to Perdition being one of them. I'd argue winning the Frog is much more important yet not many Oscar winners have won that award. Yet Slumdog gets over Perdition with winning far more awards. I'm not saying awards should be the guide to finding great cinematography but these are voted by the very best in the field, people who know far more about the artform than we will ever know.
