I'm positive there's at least one blu-ray somewhere that has a live audience reaction as one of the audio tracks - and I'm pretty sure I own one - I just can't for my life remember which one!

The Grindhouse Releasing version of Cannibal Holocaust has something like that, if I recall correctly.

Not a blu-ray but the DVD of Freddy Got Fingered has one.

The 2-disc collector's DVD edition of E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial had a version of the movie you could watch with the live orchestra accompaniment. John Williams conducted the orchestra in sync to the movie at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles for the film's 20th Anniversary and during that version you can hear the audience applauding, cheering, and laughing throughout. That was my favorite way to watch E.T. and I wish they included that version on the Blu-ray.

Looks like Arrows disc of THE PREY contains an audience reaction track from Texas Frightmare.
