I see there is a Region B release of this fine horror film out at last. Anyone that has got a copy and can share whether it has forced subs or not, if it's a BD-r and how the PQ is?

Doesn't answer all your questions, though.
But seeing this Bootleg seems to come from Lamentol or Resen, you should expect a BD-R. Back cover pictured states Spanish and English subs, so you're pretty safe assuming they are not forced.

But please be aware that only the Spanish DVD had the listed interviews and English 5.1 sound featured here, so this MIGHT be upscaled from that DVD...

The PQ is excellent, it is a pressed disc not a BD-R , there are no forced subs
