Default Speakers for pc $10-30

My speakers making noise even when not plugged in to pc.
If you up volume noise has more volume.
Changing cables didn't help.

Do somebody knows how to fix it?
Or what is good speakers for pc (currently I have 2.0).
I mostly play games or watch YouTube.

In that price range, you're basically just getting bottom of the barrel speakers.

Ideally, I would tell you to skip all of that garbage as it's likely not going to give you any kind of decent sound and go for something like this Monoprice speaker pair.

But within a bit over your price range, these seem to get good reviews.

If you're hearing constant static and clipping when you are adjusting the volume, then your speakers are bad. You can get an inexpensive pair of speakers from any electronic store such as: Best Buy, Amazon, Target etc.

Still imo the best cheapest option for Computer speakers if you have the space for a sub.

Monoprice Monolith's are far superior and no need for a sub.
