"New" blu-rays with finger prints on them?

I just now opened my The Crazies blu-ray that I bought for $10 during Walmart's Halloween sale.

There were 3 finger prints on the disc when I opened it. They easily wiped off though. The sticker on top of the blu-ray was still on. Also, the case is messed up pretty good. Plastic wrap stuck to the side... and there's 4-5 scratches on the spine of the case that went through and scratched the artwork as well. It's like Freddy Krueger must've been browing the Walmart blu-rays, picked up the copy I bought before I bought it, and put it back down.

I need to pay attention next time I purchase. I also need to molest the blu-ray before I buy it and make sure there's no damage.

Anyone else have this problem?
