No. You can order an item up to £15 without shipping, custom charges do not account for shipping estimates.

I have used them in the past. The bad news is that they don't use padded envelopes (just those vacuum packed silver bags), so some stuff has arrived damaged.

The good news - they answer e-mails, they don't have a problem refunding in case there's an issue, and I have never received the wrong item.

Last time I ordered from them was two years ago, so take that into account.

I've ordered from them quite a few times, the last time a couple of weeks ago. Never had any problems.

I've had a few damaged sleeves. I've sent them back for a refund and ordered a replacement

I've just actually ordered Trading Places, Wall Street (the remastered version) and Trading Places from them. Their packaging is a bit tight, and because the US mainly use those eco cases, where there are gaps in the case, is where the damage can happen

If I remember rightly, the returns address is a UK freepost address, and they're quite quick with refunds, but I haven't used them for a while though prior to this week

Similar experience - the majority of my Region A Blus have been through them on Amazon - never had a single issue with them.

All orders were below £15 so no import charges, and despite the packaging as mentioned above, nothing has ever arrived damaged.

All in all, usually great prices and traditionally they've got to me in one piece.

I've ordered about 30 blu-rays from them over the last couple of years.

One was the wrong item and another didn't arrive at all but they issued refunds both times.

For back catalogue titles that will probably never be released here then they are excellent as their prices are very cheap and delivery is normally around 10 or 11 days which I can handle when only normally paying £6-7 for a disc.

I would highly recommend them.

Used them loads of times and would echo what everyone else has said - the only issue is the packaging which can vary from a very thin polybag, to thin cardboard tightly sealed around the item. But they have such bargains and I have never received the wrong item. Most recently from them I got Seabiscuit blu for jus over £6 delivered and took about a week to get here.
There's been a few times were the cheapest option for a blu has been to get the US version from them rather than purchase a UK one.

I almost exclusively use these for my US importing. Never had an issue, quick delivery (in US terms) and usually the cheapest around by a mile. Great service.

I've used them for vinyl LP's too - just as good!

I ordered the Matrix 2 & 3 (2 movie collection) from them for £6, which comes in a Viva Elite eco case. It was packaged in a thin plastic bag, so i was totally gobsmacked that it arrived in mint condition.

Generally they're good, stuff comes quicker than most US sellers and they normally reship from within the UK these days.

However recently I've twice received items that were clearly reseals (one was in awful condition and the other was in the wrong style case). I sent them back and it took them two months and many frustrating email exchanges to eventually get my money back.

Before that though I'd bought 100's of items from them with no problem so I think it's a rarity.

How much does it cost to send a dvd from the US to UK? Some of their prices are so cheap you wonder how they make profit.

I think they ship in bulk to the UK, then post from their warehouse. I think the last item I ordered from them had Royal Mail Franking.

Ordered many times from them, never had any damaged cases, spent well over £15 every time & never been hit with customs charges. Same goes for the companies moviemars-usa & moref designs.
