Default Do you separate your Steelbooks from your Collection?

I’m not a avid buyer, but I have over a dozen. I just decided to separate them from my regular collection. Half of them are still in the wrap, and I own other versions for some.

I personally don’t. They’re in semi-sorta alphabetical order in with the rest of my collection

I do have a separate stand for steelbooks... but I also have some mixed in within other genres (horror, comedy, war/western, etc)

I don't separate them, and I don't leave any Blu-ray in the shrinkwrap.

I don't separate mine. I've thought about it but its easier just keeping them with everything in alphabetical order.

I'd like to separate them from my collection entirely.

Yes, but only because I either put them in malko cases which makes them stick out more or keep them in the decorative metal case they came in (Hobbit, Lotr, rambo, got). The only non steels I have in malko cases are my 4k Star Wars movies in order to protect the slips (which are critical for Last Jedi, Rise of Skywalker and Solo to match the others).

I don’t separate them. All my movies are alphabetically organized and divided by genre. The way it used to be when you browsed a video store. Guess I’m old school in that way. Packaging of any kind isn’t a factor.

Yes I have mine on separate bookcase. However my 4K steelbooks start off my 4k collection and my Doctor Who steelbooks are with my Doctor Who collection.

Yes, they're all in a separate section, in their shiny little cases. I'm not a monster.

I recently switched things up. I'm now only really actively collecting (1) 3D Blu-Rays, and (2) 4K steelbooks. Everything else is a rapidly diminishing proportion of my collection. So I separate and display those sections separately, and then music performance blu-ray/4K/DVD in its own section. I find this more useful than everything together in a single alphabetical order.
