Default HDMI Issue

A few months ago I got an Optoma uhd30 projector and onkyo txnr696. I never had this issue with my past projector/receiver but at the start up every time the screen goes HDMI 2.0 searching and hdmi 2.0 source found. It also does this when go into apps on my roku like vudu and Apple TV. I checked and even when I use a Blu-ray player it gives this message.

It’s causing such a disconnect that when I try and watch a 4k movie in Apple TV it won’t load the video. It will load it if it’s Hd, however in vudu it’ll load the 4k movie but it takes about 30 secs or so until you see the picture.

Does anyone know what’s causing this or how to fix it,
Thank you for all your help.
