Default 50 Years Of Planet Of The Apes BD/4K Question

https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/50-Ye...lu-ray/213673/

Hey folks,

I was wondering is this the only set that includes the classic 5 plus the Burton version?
Seems like all the other sets (which there a quite a few to choose from sheesh...) include only the first 5.
Is that correct? Cause I'd like to get the 5 plus Burton...

The Evolution Collection has it together with the original five and Rise of the POTA. Looks like a FoxConnect exclusive, and was probably released to hype up the new trilogy. For the price the 50 Year set is a better deal.

Not seeing the Burton film appearing in any other Blu-Ray collections. It's been in other DVD sets (like the Ultimate Collection, which I still own). Not sure about imports though.

Yeah, that's the problem, I already own the new trilogy on 4K and I don't feel like double dipping with the 50th set otherwise it'd be a no brainer.
On the other hand I don't wanna buy a 5 pack and a separate Burton. Want all 6 together. Difficult decisions I tell ya.

What did you end up doing? I did not know this set existed till today and just 3 weeks ago I purchased the 4k trilogy set and the burton single release as well. I did only pay 49.99 today for this set at best buy so i justified it as 10 dollars a movie for the original 5.

Also, just heads up, the Blu-ray of the Burton movie omits the extras from the two-disc DVD version.
