Alfred Hitchcock Presents (1985-1986; 1987-1989)

I know there's another thread on here for the original Alfred Hitchcock Presents TV series, but I wanted to create a dedicated thread for the underrated 1980's version. At least the original AHP is available on regular DVD; conversely, AFAIK the 1980's version has never been on physical media. So, I would definitely purchase this short-lived series on Blu (or even DVD).

I remember watching some 1st season episodes on Sunday nights as a kid back in the '80's; IIRC it was on either right before (or after) Amazing Stories. Great suspense/thriller series! I don't think I saw that many episodes. I don't remember seeing any episodes beyond S01; I guess it changed stations/days/times & I lost track of the show.

Of the ones I saw, the episodes that stick out the most include:

[Show spoiler]-A woman who had been assaulted identifies a man as her assaulter. Enraged, the husband kills the guy, only to realize that the woman has had some sort of mental break, and identifies every man she sees as the assaulter. This is a re-make of an episode from the original series.

-A manipulative woman who is in prison decides to break out of jail with the help of someone who works there. She is "smuggled" out of the prison in a coffin, and at a pre-arranged time is scheduled to be dug up by the guy who is helping her. Great & unexpected ending!
