The Untouchables (Blu-ray) - Wrong Front Cover!

I'm trying to change the front cover for this release of The Untouchables (Blu-ray) - https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-U...Blu-ray/61041/, but for some reason it won't give me the option. Why would this be, since usually you can change it if it's wrong like this one is?

This is the correct cover. This was the original cover: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-U...s-Blu-ray/419/

The one you linked above is the re-release. I prefer the original cover myself as it's closer to the original poster art. Paramount did the same thing with The Hunt for Red October.

The cover you linked is the cover I have, but the UPC# brings me to the one with the, as you stated, re-release cover. So what I'm saying is, I have the blu with the original cover, but it has the re-release UPC#, so I was trying to change it to the cover I have, but it wouldn't let me. Eventually I just ended up adding another version of the blu because my OCD wants the correct cover with the UPC# I have : https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/The-U...lu-ray/176428/
