I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this but since it seems to only affect my 4K player, it seemed like the best place.
So when I say “pop-up” audio I mean things like picture-in-picture audio or even menu button audio. Some examples of the picture-in-picture audio I tried that didn’t have any audio were the Animators’ Corner feature on all four Shrek movies, the Transformers HUD on the 2007 movie, the Labyrinth “Storytellers” feature, and the “Slimer mode” feature on Ghostbusters. And the only menu button audio I can think of off the top of my head that I very distinctly remember being there that I’m not hearing on this player is from seasons 5 and 6 of The Office. I use the LG UBK90 model ( https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-stre...?skuId=6215814 ). The weird thing is I can get that audio to play if I pop those discs in my PS4. Both it and the 4K player are connected to the same surround sound receiver. I’m completely stumped here so if anyone has any thoughts on why this is happening I’d really appreciate it! It’s obviously not a huge deal but I’d still like to get this figured out. |
