I only have the mondo and the shout factory versions of this, so 4K is a day 1 for me.

i didnt first own this classic til the Shout Factory steel a couple years ago. wouldnt mind a double dip if this is nice.

When all the John Carpenter shout/scream factory steelbooks started coming out like Fog/They Live/Escape from New York/Prince of Darkness
and shortly after ended up on 4K discs in the EU, I have been surprised it has really taken this long to start seeing any Carpenter 4K steels in the US... I wonder if this will lead to new 4K steels for all the remaining Carpenter titles... fun for those who held off and tough for those that are already all-in on the bluray onlys.

Obviously no artwork has been confirmed but do we think that all the retailers worldwide will be getting the same artwork. I already preordered from FNAC so will cancel and just order from the us if it’s the same but it’d be kind of cool if there were several different variants of artwork.
