Default Romeo and Juliet 1968 on Vudu

So a few days ago I noticed that this movie was available to purchase through vudu, $14.99 in hdx, I bought it immediately but didn't get to sit down and watch it until today. It won't play, kept giving me a playback error. I contacted vudu customer service and with them on the line, I tried it on my phone, laptop, and xbox and it was the same error. They told me it was an encoding error not through them, through the studio, they forwarded the issue to another department but couldn't say/didn't know when the issue wth the movie would be resolved. They removed it from my account, refunded my purchase amount and gave me a $5.00 credit. I checked the title after the call and it's still up for sale/rent right now, I guess I'll try it again in a few months?

In the mean time, I guess buyer beware
