+1. way to remind her how old she is by getting her the cutting edge in gaming.

and i never got the idea people have of purchasing more than one of the same gaming console? whats the point? if ever you guys watch a movie its gonna be together... unless ur loaded then thats a different story... put one in ur bathroom, ur closet, ur fridge

My wife wants me to get a second PS3 for our bedroom for movies. Of course it has taken me ten years to get here to think like me. Sick.

Hey Ped,

Some of us are fortunate enough to have more than one HT system.

I have my deditated Home Theater(see my sig) and she has her own system in the living room. Our tastes in films are very different.

Also, our 3 year old sometimes has a fit if my wife is in her office trying to surf the web. So the second console addresses a couple of issues.

Besides, the wife just wanted one.

Hope this answers your question.

It's cool Ped, the wife is a tech/Home Theater person. We just have very different tastes in movies so seperate systems is a must.

I picked up HD DVD the day it was launched and picked up a PS3 they day they were launched. She decided to wait until there was a winner. Although she does have my "hand me down" HD D2.
