Not sure why this wouldn't be added to one of their giallo collections? I understand A Blade In The Dark, as Bava Jr's a somewhat larger name in the game.

They need to seriously stop w/ the nudity on the slips. I made an exception for Blade in the dark because it was on the back and not as in your face.

I agree, I was saying the other day I hope they haven't abandoned Forgotten Gialli sets. That's my favorite offering from the company.

I agree with you. I don't want all my movies making my shelf look like an adult video section at a video store.

Serious question, do you display your movies with the front facing forward? If not, who is going to notice? I just don't see the problem with nudity on a cover when the movie itself is chock-full of gratuitous nudity, seems like an odd thing to be upset about. Not casting judgment, juts curious...

By the same token why does one want Nudity on a slip? does one feel the need to yank it off the shelf and look at it? It's not a big deal, just a preference. I'd prefer to not advertise I enjoy watching Italian Sleeze w/out it looking like smut.

Oh I don't want it per se.. but also don't mind if there is. For the most part, no one but me pulls movies off my shelf so not something I ever thought about until now. I guess I also don't really care if people know I own movies with nudity in them... I get your point though, it's not like I display the nudity either.

I haven't seen this one, but already put in a pre-order. The more gialli the better, but surprised it's not part of a set. I really hope another set is in the works.

Very likely I will get VS's release at some point. This was one of the few standout VS and PL titles for me among the April lineup. Remembering (going back a bit) the mention of Five Women for the Killer in a list fellow member BarnDoor posted in the Arrow UK thread from time to time (which was updated after a title on that list was announced by Arrow). What is making me hesitate in getting VS's release is if another boutique label announces a UK-only release (thinking of Arrow, 88 Films and Treasured Films).

If the two most recent VS gialli boxsets are in the HTBF sale, I'm not sure yet if I will get both. I'd also like to see another gialli boxset from VS (the more gialli the better).

Among the cast of Five Women for the Killer, Francis Matthews I've seen in Dracula: Prince of Darkness and as the voice of Captain Scarlet in Captain Scarlet and the Mysterons (both before this giallo) as well as in some episodes of a UK drama series (from the noughties).

You see what the slip looks like when you order it. If you don't like it get the slipless version and save a couple of bucks.

Right, but they were not showing what the art was on the non-slip version. I'm going to get this, but just waiting until the halfway sale to add to my existing order.

You had to select the standard edition to see the wrap cover, but it's very similar to the slip. I'll have to look to see what they used for the reversible art.

Those are the worst films for me, but we'll see as I'm pretty forgiving to these Italian films.
