Criterion M (1931)

I think the Masters of Cinema version is the same as the Criterion version as Eureka purchased the transfer from them so I wanted to ask about the Criterion/Eureka version Vs. The German Universum Version.

One review states about the German Universum version:

Quote:
"Perhaps most significant of all is the inclusion of additional, previously lost material, sourced from the French preservation negative and making this the most complete version of M released on home video to date - a cause for considerable celebration."

That, written last month, implies that it is more "complete" than the Criterion/Eureka versions (although, there is not mention of them in the review and the reviewer states he did not have access to other BD versions of M) but the run time is only 1 minute longer (111min) than Eureka/Criterion which is 110 minutes.

So my question is: Which version is the most complete? I have a strange feeling that they are all exactly the same!
