Default Why does Netflix hate me?

OK, maybe it doesn't hate me, personally.

But I have been having PQ issues for the longest time. Their tech support hasn't been much help (believe me, I've tried).

I have no problems whatsoever with the PQ from other streamers, the 4k and HD content looks as it should, and I'm very happy with it. So, I don't think there's anything wrong with my equipment, I get excellent PQ that I can be very happy with.

And yes, I am on the Netflix plan that's supposed to offer ultra HD, in fact I had the ultra HD plan even before I really needed it.

The PQ is slightly better if I use the Fire TV stick than on the AppleTV. But most of the time it's just not very sharp at all, sometimes it looks as bad as what HD streaming used to look like when you just didn't have the right Internet speed for it.

The last time I tried to sort this out with Netflix support, I spent nearly all day talking to them via chat and ultimately they said they'd kick things upstairs to someone in the tech department but that there was nothing they could do right away, and that was a few weeks ago.

Is there anything left that I haven't tried?
