Hybrid aka Super Hybrid 3D Blu-ray (2010) [Region B Locked / Free]

Hybrid was released on 3D Blu-ray in the UK, France, Germany, Australia and Turkey. The Turkish disc is REGION FREE. The others are all locked to Region B with the French version most likely not being English-friendly so that's the one to avoid.

Just got done watching this and gotta say, a very B rated kinda movie.

Its about an alien that lives inside cars. It can change from car to car and NO nothing like Transformers or anything close. Its a large snake like alien. Anyways, the car gets stuck in a car garage after a wreck and the alien kills a guy. Then all the workers realize WOW this cars some kinda alien and they go off trying to trap and kill it.. LAME.. The entire movie takes place in the garage and the whole time they try and get it.

Not gonna mention more of the plot because it would give it away for those that may like B rated movies and wanna watch this. Dunno why but I actually set through this all. The 3D was alright, nothing to say Woo Hoo over though.
The best part of the movie is the begining with the girl in a bra and panties. The rest was kinda bleah.

One campy review was entertaining, Bravia, but could we grasp the concept that there are some movies that have never and WILL never be shown on US theaters?
Guess that's our fault for not having a separate "3-D Movies - International" board.

It's known as Super Hybrid in the U.S. Straight to Blu-ray/DVD.

This version plays fine in Region A & B players. It lists all regions (ABC) on the back cover. Is it possible to update this in the thread?

The tag line seems to be "SOME ENGINES"......."DONT RUN ON GAS" and the film is called "HYBRID". So this is a film about a Toyota Prius ???

I love stupid blockbusters and some trash movies. But I'm not sure I love 3D enough to watch this movie lol

The film is trash but enjoyable trash. Being an early conversion, the 3D is riddled with errors but it's not entirely without merit. I can't say I recommend the film but it is one I will be watching again.
