Default Universal titles you'd like to see on 4k physical disc

For me it would be these:

The Last Remake of Beau Geste (1977) Now is the time Universal!
Jaws 2 (1978)
Conan The Barbarian (1982) Now is the time Universal!
Videodrome (1983)
Firestarter (1984)
Conan the Destroyer (1984)
Brewster's Millions (1985)
Weird Science (1985)
Harry and the Hendersons (1987) Now is the time Universal!
Phantasm II (1988)
Twins (1988)
Uncle Buck (1989)
Darkman (1990)
Death Becomes Her (1992) Now is the time Universal!
Billy Madison (1995)
Happy Gilmore (1996)
Twister (1996)
Dragonheart (1996)
Daylight (1996)
Dante's Peak (1997) Now is the time Universal!
Small Soldiers (1998)
Undercover Brother (2002) Now is the time Universal!
The Chronicles of Riddick (2004)

Think Twister is w/ Warner Bros. Aside from that Daylight is on the leaked list from Digitalbits reported due to a purported confirmed atmos remix. Signaling there is a 4K master being prepared/in the works.

Agreed about Dantes Peak. I want it badly... It's a largely forgotten movie on home video. Sadly.

Jaws 2? Yes
Billy Madison? Yes... I wish
Happy Gilmore? Of course!

Want:
Bone Collector
U-571
The Skulls
American Pie
Jurassic Park III (remaster)
Jurassic Park (remaster)
Dawn of the Dead (2004)
Cinderella Man
Skeleton Key
Inside Man

Probably more... but that's a start for Uni

American Graffiti, The Breakfast Club, Cape Fear, or Tropic Thunder (I believe it's with Universal) are at top of my list

Some movies have multiple distributers worldwide.

A few from the Universal Studios Wiki that were interesting:
July 15, 1994
True Lies
international distributor; co-production with Lightstorm Entertainment; 20th Century Fox handled North American, France, Mexico and Italy distribution rights

May 10, 1996
Twister
international distribution; co-production with Warner Bros. Pictures and Amblin Entertainment

I thought Trues Lies did not have any Universal Studios connection at all.

I get that. But a single studio still holds the OCN in-house (Warners for twister in NA) and is charged with making the "master" and getting supervised grading from a director or DP each time one is commission by themselves or others for a format.

Then that master for some movies can be sent to the regional entities as is for authoring. And ocassionally they can do their own encode/grading from scanning data sent.

But I think Warners will produce the NA disc. And worldwide distributors will all get the same stuff. Sony Universal in Australia will release Twister.

Universal in UK will release it there if they still hold home video rights. They did on BD!

Kindergarten Cop is number 1 for sure.

After that there's a ton, but I'd love to see Conan and Lost in Translation.

Rumble Fish for me. Criterion already released a 4K remastered blu. Universal has a 4K scan ready. Hopefully Coppola will be involved again to perfect the disc version
