So I bought Con Air and The Rock the other day at Walmart and when I got home I realized (after opening it) that the Con Air case was completely bent and the packaging was bubbling on the back. I know this doesn't matter to most folks but I like my collection to be nice and neat. Do you think they'll let me exchange the movie? Or do you think they will not think that I have a reason for return? Thanks for the help

Doing an exchange should not be a problem, it is defective merchandise you are buying the movie and the protective case it comes in. If they give you a hard time remind them that the case is part of the product, unlike the cellophane it was wrapped in. It would be like getting a chipped coffee mug, you can still drink from it but it is still damaged goods.

Id be the first person to admit if the case is ****ed up or something looks bad I will return and flat out tell them it looks shitty and I want another one (or lie and say it skips). I don't see anything wrong with this anyways, they get a credit back depending on how they return it to the vendor or whatever.

I kinda want to see a pic of the acid-tripped case. they should accept it if its f*cked. I got a copy of the bd of T2 and the security tape they put all around the box let an obscene amount of sticky sh*t on it. It looked like I splooged on it, I had to use alcohol pads to get it all off, and in the end the f*cking tape stripped the silver off of the Blu-Ray Disc emblem. I was pissed. I dot know why they put so much damn tape on the cases, it doesn't really keep anyone out of the box if they really want to steal the disc, it just pisses us off when we gotta take it all off.
