That's a very nice piece of artwork with one notable exception - they used the REAL Amityville house as a reference for the illustration. It looks noticeably different from the one in the movie (the main differences being no chimney on the outside of the wall, smaller "eye" windows, and the High Hopes sign, which isn't in the movie).

I know, it's a shame the artist didn't include that imagery...but this is from the Halloween MGM 90th Halloween FP. Those face plates had some amazing artwork but I just never liked how it was only a card shrinkwrapped to the case.
This release could correct that!
