Default What's Your Guilty Pleasure Movie(s)?

Who amongst you are willing to confess to liking films that, on reflection, are not terribly good, weren't particularly well received, or not 'hip' enough.

Let me begin;

Trancers

I first remember seeing this way back in 1989 (when I was an impressionable 15 year old!) when it was shown on BBC2 as part of the Moviedrome series fronted by Alex Cox (anyone else from the UK care to reminisce about Moviedrome!?). It may be cheesy, low-rent and derivative, but I have a fondness for it...

I saw Driven years ago. I have to admit, I love racing movies, and I used to like Sylvester Stallone movies, but until now, I never realized that it was one of the worst movies of 2002. Though I have to admit, the action sequences were top notch, the acting was good, and the story was well paced.

I don't know if it qualifies, but I love an early 90's action/comedy called If Looks Could Kill. Considering it never even made it to DVD, I guess it's "bad" enough for this thread.

Moviedrome gave me so many great films. Q The winged Serpent, Tremors, Alligator, Play Misty for Me. All great films, almost forgotten now.

Shame a film series like this is not on nowadays.

Both day one buys on Blu, but that would never happen.

Lord, I have many of those. I think it is just a result of how old I was when I saw them but I have fallen prey to many movies like that.

Over the Top
Iron Eagle II
Meatballs II
Two Much
Return to Me
-This and the previous one. I have a soft spot for funny old people in movies
Superman IV
The Phantom Menace

Heck! That's just off the top of my head. I'm sure I could come up with many more.

Johnny Mnemonic - lol I love cyberpunk, so naturally this movie drew me in. None of you have cybernetic dolphins in your sin list.

I might also admit to liking Spacehunter: Adventures in the Forbidden Zone. I say might, as I seem to remember liking it more than Bladerunner when I was younger, but I haven't seen it in many years. I truly hope I don't like it more than Bladerunner now! God, that would be embarrassing.

Does anyone, by the way, remember Zone Troopers?
