They've kinda got me on this one. I haven't touched my Switch in many months, and I thought the last Mario Party game was pretty terrible (especially for the value, and zero DLC), but...this one looks like the series might finally be back on track. Some nice big, diverse boards. Good minigames. And finally, online play - the bonus being that doesn't look like a total PITA.

I'll be picking it up for the weekend.

This is great for guys like me, who worshipped the first 3 games on the N64. Great boards, even better mini games, cool characters, and the original music is back. Lovely updated graphics and some very nice and welcome changes to the boards to mix things up a little. I had a blast playing the first 2 boards with my wife yesterday. Can't wait to play the other 3. Nostalgia hits hard with this one, and I love it. Can't say I am disappointed by it, other than my absolute favorite boards are missing, but maybe they will be available via DLC later on? Highly recommended.

If you like Mario Party, it's awesome. Basically, they did away with all the gimmick crap from the last several versions, and just made an old-school Mario Party game. I really hope they support this one with DLC.
