Disk Kino will release Muye Wen's Nice View (Traditional: 奇蹟·笨小孩 / Simplified: 奇迹·笨小孩) (2022) on 31 October 2022.

There will be two editions, a regular edition and a special edition. Both editions should have the same two discs, 1xBD-66, 1xBD-50, and there doesn't seem to be much difference between them beyond the artwork:

The film will have Mandarin: Dolby Atmos audio with optional Simplified Chinese and English subtitles for the main feature. The 4K UHD disc should also have Dolby Vision HDR. Extras include audio commentary, and on the Blu-ray, 146 minutes of video extras.

Disk Kino says the Blu-ray is region free.

Yeah odd, just look like differing covers. They are both he same price though at Buyoyo.
