It would have to be part of a new MGM deal as this is the last from the current deal. It's also possible Criterion may have gotten it. As mentioned before by Dailyan and others, Kino may not even find it worthy of a UHD release.

They would be wrong! James Wong Howe cinematography deserves to be seen in 4K!
