None of my codes from Columbia Classics V2 work

I ordered Columbia Classics Vol2 UHD BD set a few weeks ago and none of the included codes for the digital copies work.

The web site they direct me to detects correctly that I'm in the USA but tells me every code is for another region.

Going to MA and putting in the codes says contact customer service.

I emailed Sony twice so far and both were ignored. Nice ... I buy so much from Sony but email the customer service and they just ignore it.

I guess I hardly care but I do always redeem my DC codes so I hope Sony gets back to me eventually. I guess I'll start emailing them every day.

If it says the codes are for another region, sounds like you got sent Canadian codes.

Quite possible. On the back of the sheet it's all French.

Yep, those are CA codes. Contact wherever you bought the set from and make sure you were supposed to get the US set.

T'was Amazon.
The Box itself says region ABC
Guess it's just a mistake, it's strange there is an english side to the flyer.

I guess it was a third party seller on Amazon so not really Sony's fault.

However, they gave me codes that worked.

Very kind of them.
