FYI: The U.S. Blu-ray is not UNCUT!
I attempted an audio sync from the US BD (Echo Bridge) with lossless audio to the German BD (84' Entertainment) with lossy audio and had both video streams on top of each other, to make syncing easier. The US version is censored by 28sec8fps. One shot had the scenes in a different order and another shot was alternate take. The German BD opens without any logos. The biggest plus on the US BD is the master. It has much better colors and is cleaner. But the fact it's censored and cropped makes it not the version you should look after. The German releases are the ones to get, even though they only have lossy audio. OAR + UNCUT are a clear winner in my book I also posted this info to dvdcompare, so they can update the information. |
